We offer a very relaxed, friendly and caring atmosphere in quaint surroundings, right in the centre of Holmfirth with easy parking and a good range of shops. Based in Ossett, Wakefield ,Anne-Marie Barnes is the Instructor at Relaxed Baby celebrating over eleven years delivering courses for families with new babies. She delivers small courses from her home in an informal friendly setting for parents.

I use deep tissue massage to reduce muscular tension and promote healthy circulation and Acupuncture to reduce pain. Pain in this context can mean almost any discomfort that you experience, physical or emotional. Treatments can involve one or both therapies, depending on what is most effective and on your preference.

I studied Complementary Therapies at White Rose College, Huddersfield for three years and Poppy Therapies was born in 2005. Since then I have practiced from home in a private treatment room which is separate from the house. I genuinely love what I do and my aim is to provide the best possible treatment for you as an individual, in a calm and relaxing space.
