Rolls Mill is a complementary health centre based in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. The Centre was founded in 1999 by McTimoney Chiropractor, Tracy White and encompasses other practitioners to provide a range of complementary therapies. Our aim is to help individuals become and remain healthy and to be free from disease and discomfort or even just to relieve the symptoms of stress. It is especially for those who want to take responsibility for their own health, wellbeing and vitality.

Established in 1988, our practice has strong ties in the local communtiy and all of our practitioners are fully registered with their respective governing bodies. These have strict codes of conduct, confidentiality and academic attainment, including a requirement to keep abreast of developments in their field. Our aim is to provide a balanced approach to heathcare of the highest standard. But while being independent our practitioners maintain good relationships with local and London based health care professionals.

Being a Natural Traditional Witch or "energy worker", I embrace and utilise the natural forces of the universe ensuring a balance and equilibrium in my work. The difference between my path and a New Age Wiccan "White" Witch is that I do not believe that energy nor life can be sustained on only positive energy - nature and the universe itself does not and cannot even exist this way. Negative energy is not always bad nor harmful, it is simply necessary - there has to be balance.

Freedom Within is a specialised Soft Tissue and Myofascial Therapy Practice based near Poole in Dorset, providing a high quality service, tailored to each client. I have completed an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Integrated Myofascial Therapy and hold Advanced status on the register of MFR UK Practitioners. I am also listed on the UK ScarWork Practitioner register.
