I recommend you consult your GP about any pre-existing medical conditions or symptoms before the first consultation. The initial consultation usually lasts 90 minutes. We will go through your personal and family medical history, diet and lifestyle and any available recent test results. There is no physical examination but I would like to look at your finger nails, tongue, hair and eyes.

I qualified from University of Westminster with a science degree in Nutritional Therapy in 2006 and subsequently helped hundreds of clients, mostly city workers with a variety of health problems in the years that followed.
