With 18yrs experience treating Postural Aches & Pains, Injury Rehabilitation as well as Fitness & Sports Coaching, I am well placed to help many painful injuries and conditions. I treat a wide range of people from all walks of life; 70% of my patients are just regular people with regular aches and pains! However, I also work closely with many sports people from strong men, rugby players & footballers, rowers & athletes.

Anne graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) Ost and has been working in this practice for over 14 years. Whilst still a structural osteopath, she has continued study in paediatric and cranial sacral osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College and bio dynamics - which aims to offer treatment and support to the patients health to allow them to move out of difficult and painful positions.

Osteopathy is an approach to healthcare that integrates manual therapy with education, advice and the development of a therapeutic relationship which allows time for the exploration of the broader aspects of a person's health and well-being.
