Anne graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) Ost and has been working in this practice for over 14 years. Whilst still a structural osteopath, she has continued study in paediatric and cranial sacral osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College and bio dynamics - which aims to offer treatment and support to the patients health to allow them to move out of difficult and painful positions.

‘The Cheshire Osteopath’ specialises in the treatment of lower back, hip, shoulder and neck pain, using his extensive skills to establish the underlying causes of pain and treat the patient using a variety of manipulative techniques. These may include soft and/or deep tissue massage, articulation of the joints, muscle energy techniques and/or if required high velocity thrust techniques.

We offer a pathway to physical and mental well-being through osteopathy, acupuncture, women’s health physiotherapy, prescriptive pilates, chiropody/podiatry, remedial massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.

We like to ensure that there is sufficient time to listen to and understand every patient’s problem and allow time for them to ask questions. That is why, at Cheadle Osteopathy, we allow longer than average treatment sessions, of up to forty minutes.

With 18yrs experience treating Postural Aches & Pains, Injury Rehabilitation as well as Fitness & Sports Coaching, I am well placed to help many painful injuries and conditions. I treat a wide range of people from all walks of life; 70% of my patients are just regular people with regular aches and pains! However, I also work closely with many sports people from strong men, rugby players & footballers, rowers & athletes.
