Braintree Independent Counseling Service (BICS) was first established in 1999 by a group of individuals who had the desire to help others. During this time we have helped people from all walks of life and varying ages. Individuals who were in desperate need of someone to whom they could express their innermost emotional feelings; within a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment.

I am an experienced BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and adolescents in both short- and long-term psychotherapy. ​ I have a background of working for 20 years in the field of mental health for the voluntary, private and statutory sectors, including the NHS.

We have appointments available in Sudbury, Castle Hedingham, Romford and The Wirral. You won’t have to struggle on your own if you call us for a chat about your problems. A member of our multi-award winning team of counsellors and therapists will be able to help you on the phone. We can book you in for a personal session at one of our centres in as little as 48 hours. We will then be able to help clarify problems and create guided paths to solutions for you.

Whatever has brought you here today, I want you to know that I take your therapy seriously. I aim to see new clients as quickly as possible. As a private practitioner I pride myself on providing a premium service. Using hypnotherapy, counselling or a mixture of both, I help clients overcome their fears, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues and achieve their goals. I provide psychological therapy in Chelmsford at a central location opposite the bus station.
