I have a reputation for genuineness and sensitivity, and you can be sure that I have worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds with all kinds of issues.

I help couples who are either in crisis or wish to enhance their intimate relationship. So whether you or your partner have had an affair, struggling with communicating your needs, find life difficult following a personal loss, feel anxious or depressed, have a dwindling sex life, or realise you might have a sexual dysfunction, I can help.

Allan is an MBACP Registered Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, starting counselling in 1980. He is a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with over 22,000 hours experience. He has also held senior roles with international insurance companies, was a Chartered Insurer and thus has a unique combination of commercial and clinical experience. He is particularly interested in couples-counselling, Aspergers, critical incidents and trauma, although his broad experience means that he has many areas of professional interest. Allan was a founder director of the company in 2002.

Our practice, based in Talon House, Crownhill, Milton Keynes provides psychological and educational testing, assessment, intervention and support for adults and children. We are specialists in diagnosing autistic spectrum disorders and the assessment and therapy for those with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and clients who have experienced traumatic events such as domestic violence and sexual violence.

At Bedford Community Counselling (BCC) we are passionate about offering a service that is professional, ethical and honest. Established in 2012 and based in the heart of Bedford, our aim is to provide affordable counselling and psychotherapy to people living in and around the county.

I provide a discreet and confidential service and hold sessions in my therapy room in a quiet residential area near Abington Park, ten minutes drive from Northampton town centre. There is ample free parking on the road outside.
