I am a Counselling Psychologist with 20 years experience working with families, children and adults in many different settings. I am Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered and Chartered by the British Psychological Society.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant with 16 years' experience in the field of psychological therapy. Since qualifying as a Counsellor in 2003, I have completed many additional trainings in trauma-focused approaches (including EMDR), systemic approaches, mindfulness, CBT and supervision.

Counselling is an umbrella term for talking therapies; in which you are provided with a safe and supportive environment in order to explore any problems you are experiencing.
