Counselling offers you a place to discuss your problems confidentially with someone who is trained neither to judge or advise. My role is to create the basis of a helping relationship which is safe and supportive.

There are many reasons why people seek Counselling and for some it can be a very difficult step to take. I understand how hard it can be to talk about your problems and express your feelings. I provide a safe and confidential place where you have the opportunity to work with what's troubling you in a non-judgemental and empathic space.
