My service provides psychological therapy for people suffering from emotional and psychological distress. My aim is to provide a safe, comfortable, environment in which people can be supported and helped through their difficulties. These troubling experiences can sometimes appear to develop without warning or reason, and it is often helpful to have someone alongside you to help make sense of them, and find a way through.

My name is Andri White and I am in private practice as a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor on the border between Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire from my home between Chesham and Berkhamsted. I have over 25 years of experience as a practitioner with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. I am committed to providing counselling, psychotherapy, trauma therapy and supervision in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Sophie qualified as a Hypno—Psychotherapist in 1995 with the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and continues in her professional development with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, whose qualification is properly regulated by the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy), the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), the EAP (European Association for Hypno-Psychotherapy), and the BAC (British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education).

Accredited by Professional Standards Authority and UKCP, Michael Feat has for many years provided an esteemed therapy service, working effectively and empathically to fundamentally improve the quality of peoples’ lives and their relationships. Michael brings a depth of experience, commitment and personal warmth that is valued by GP surgeries and private individuals alike seeking professional and ethical help. His practice pays particular attention to cultural and gender difference, safety and ethics being primary.
