Our nurses provide quality care for your pets while they’re in our surgery. They are responsible for monitoring anaesthetics, routine blood tests and x-rays. They also run puppy parties and weight clinics and they do dressing changes and all sorts of things like nail clipping, emptying anal glands, checking wounds and taking stitches out. The nurses can also give advice on all kinds of other problems, especially behaviour.

We are a small animal practice in Wiltshire, first established in 1972. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of vet surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals.

Archway Veterinary Surgery at 21 High Street in Highworth is a small, friendly veterinary surgery with facilities and equipment you’d find in larger veterinary hospitals. We're approved by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons under their standards scheme for veterinary surgeries and we're also an approved nurse training centre.
