Hire Space Therapy rooms We offer three comfortable Therapy Rooms for hire at Breeze. These are ideal for therapists offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, holistic treatments, massage or talking therapies. Each room has underfloor heating and dimmable lighting.

For more than two decades I have been teaching yoga in both primary and special needs schools. I continue to be in demand and busy, every week teaching in a regular hub of schools spanning Essex, Hertfordshire and East London.

I am originally from Germany but have almost lived more years outside Germany than in. Places which have formed me are Australia, South Africa, France and different parts of the UK. Yoga found me first in South Africa in 1999, but somehow the timing wasn’t right.

Hi, my name is Emma. I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and a busy working mum to two school-aged children (my daughter who is 16 and my son who is 11).

My name is Louise Roach and I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach Hatha yoga in Epping, Essex and the surrounding area.
