Life is a journey, so in brief, here is my journey thus far. After school, instead of choosing Uni, I went straight to work in the City. I was very fortunate enough to be young and working there in the 80’s and I had a ball. Life and work was fun. Fast forward a few years and after an annus horribilis”, I questioned what and who was really important to me and reassessed my priorities. I was then 30, a single mum and after an adventure to Australia, decided to retrain and create a new life and career for myself.

My name is Havva Goldring, I am a 30 year old Turkish Cypriot devoted to Yoga. I am an ex-Police officer and was one of the first officers on scene during the London riots. My Police patrol vehicle was set on fire and I witnessed the raw negative side of human nature, my own life was at risk. This experience lay heavy on my heart and caused me to feel hurt.

My name is Louise Roach and I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach Hatha yoga in Epping, Essex and the surrounding area.

Since launching our Hot Yoga studio in January 2012 Body Bliss Yoga has gone from strength to strength and now has a second studio running Reformer Pilates and Physiotherapy Pilates classes. We also offer quality accredited Yoga and Pilates Courses ofqual regulated, Pregnancy Pilates, Back Care, Total Barreâ„¢, Workshops, Retreats and more.
