My name is Havva Goldring, I am a 30 year old Turkish Cypriot devoted to Yoga. I am an ex-Police officer and was one of the first officers on scene during the London riots. My Police patrol vehicle was set on fire and I witnessed the raw negative side of human nature, my own life was at risk. This experience lay heavy on my heart and caused me to feel hurt.

My name is Louise Roach and I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach Hatha yoga in Epping, Essex and the surrounding area.

British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and Pregnancy Module, Reflexology MAR (Member of the Association of Reflexologists), and SRN nurse with Midwifery and Alzheimer's experience.

Life is a journey, so in brief, here is my journey thus far. After school, instead of choosing Uni, I went straight to work in the City. I was very fortunate enough to be young and working there in the 80’s and I had a ball. Life and work was fun. Fast forward a few years and after an annus horribilis”, I questioned what and who was really important to me and reassessed my priorities. I was then 30, a single mum and after an adventure to Australia, decided to retrain and create a new life and career for myself.

For more than two decades I have been teaching yoga in both primary and special needs schools. I continue to be in demand and busy, every week teaching in a regular hub of schools spanning Essex, Hertfordshire and East London.
