Jonathan Bone is an RIBA Chartered Architect with nearly thirty years experience and founded his own practice in April 2008 with the simple aim of creating elegant and sustainable design solutions to enhance the homes and lives of clients in the North East.

We can assist you with all aspects of your project, covering Professional, Project & Design and Digital services. We work with a range of clients across all sectors delivering bespoke advice and solutions to meet our client’s property needs. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we work with clients throughout the North East, but we are also able to deliver a range of building surveying services across the UK.
