L Rollins Design is an Architectural practice based in the North East of England. Lynsey Rollins is a Chartered Architect. I design, prepare drawings and make planning and building regulations applications for domestic house extensions, new build properties or commercial properties. I believe in practical solutions which meet client needs balanced with aesthetic and economic considerations.

All projects large or small are individual and unique. Our aim is to ensure that the client’s needs are met through excellent design, good communication and confidence to push expectations. We work in collaboration with many consultants to ensure each and every project is bespoke, designed and delivered professionally to evoke confidence and pride in the team and to push boundaries.

The practice was formed in 2007 out of a desire to produce high quality design and level of service to clients. We have developed into a young and dynamic award-winning design company, driven by the ambition of creating high quality, practical and sustainable Architecture and Design solutions. We embrace working closely with clients to deliver bespoke solutions which are carefully considered, elegant and imaginative.

A mature and seasoned all rounder with a passion for design, I have robust experience as sole proprietor of my private architect’s practice working closely with clients and other professionals on small to medium size design and construction projects. I am a skilled analyst, manager of staff and leader of other professionals.

Harland Architecture is an Architectural practice, based in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside, and founded in April 2007, by Architect Dave Harland.We provide Architectural services across the North East, primarily in North Tyneside, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and County Durham. We work extensively, but not exclusively, on small and medium sized residential properties. New build, as well as re-modelling and extending properties.
