Cockman Builders was started by Dave Cockman over 30 years ago in the Pinhoe area of Exeter, Devon. As a close knit family business we have carried out many extensions, full house builds, major refurbishments and all general building and roofing works.

Nevada Construction are a specialised construction company, established in 2010. Located in Teignmouth we offer comprehensive construction services within Devon and our surrounding counties. Concentrating our efforts in the commercial market the company has excelled itself in the healthcare, education, historic buildings, local authorities, and commercial sectors, where our track records have proven unrivalled.

Our highly skilled and experienced workforce has years of experience in all types of building techniques, from new builds, refurbishments and extensions of contemporary properties through to traditional building techniques required for listed building work.

The standard of finish we deliver is of a very high quality and our building and construction work is carried out with a dedicated hands-on approach. We aim to solve our clients’ individual design and building problems and ensure we keep them informed of a projects progress at all times.

I am a Bricklayer and Plumber. I have an NVQ 3 in trowel occupations which is the highest qualification for bricklayers and I have been in the building industry for over 15 years. I have now passed a technical certificate in plumbing and heating and in October 2012 an NVQ 2 in plumbing and heating.
