Repair, restoration, refurbishment and adaptation of a wide range of historic buildings have been a core of the family business. Work has been successfully completed on traditional timber framed structures, Cotswold Stone Manor houses and lime rendered Regency buildings, and the historic status of Grade 1; Grade 2* or even Scheduled Ancient Monument poses no concern to our skilled and experienced workforce. Indeed many awards have been received for this type of work. Typical projects range in value between £50,000 and £4 million, with a geographical work area encompassing Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire; however the Company is happy to discuss opportunities beyond both of these financial and geographic fields.

We are Buildex Construction Limited — a building company based between Cheltenham and Gloucester. As the 2 Directors — Jason Folley and Jason Hayes, we established the company in 1996 and we have over 60 years’ building experience between us.

The company was originally formed in 1976 but reformed & renamed in 2010 to Beard & Tandy Developments, initially as a sole trader. The company was incorporated in 2012. We are an EXOR accredited supplier to Public Sector Authorities, CHAS accredited, Construction line & Sovereign Damp Proof Approved Contractor.
