With a love and passion for both garden design and plants I aim to create gardens that are beautiful and peaceful, havens for plants and wildlife and, most importantly, to create gardens that my clients will love and enjoy for many years to come. I am currently working on a range of garden design commissions in Kent, Sussex and London.

Based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, Slate Grey is owned and run by Richard Ayles. With 18 years experience in the industry, he has trained to the highest standard and holds a distinction level diploma, awarded by the Pickard School of Garden Design, London.
