Eggerdon & Holland Ltd is a Weybridge based firm of Chartered Commercial Property Surveyors. We are very active in the Surrey market and are a Regulated Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which is the mark of property professionalism worldwide. We prefer to develop longer term business relationships so that we gain a better understanding of our clients requirements as repeat instructions are of greater value to us than taking a short term view.

Prior to setting up his own company, James worked in private practice, predominantly at Associate Directorship level gaining a wide level of experience in professional and contract administration related work. James currently specialises in party wall matters and is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and a Fellow (Chairman of the Surrey Branch) of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, which are both recognised organisations promoting party wall excellence.
