Hi, I’m Steve, the In House founder and owner. I am a graduate of The Goldman Sachs Small Business Programme and a true local of this area. In 2007, after working as a regional director for the two largest estate agency chains in the UK, research and surveys told me that house sellers in this country wanted something better from an agent; Straight talking honest advice, coupled with clear, jargon-free, non-cliche marketing, to find the best buyer at the highest price and in a timescale to suit them, the seller……so In House was born.

In 2012 the Mayor of Didcot Town opened the doors to William Jones Estate Agents which was founded by Directors William Peddie and Robert Jones. William brings seventeen years of Estate Agency experience in the Oxfordshire property market to the business. He has worked in both independent and corporate Estate Agent environments so is well aware of the pros and cons of each business structure.

We are fully independent and owned by the original Proprietor Douglas Hughes who established our Abingdon Office in 1989. Since then the Business has flourished. We have considerable experience in Property Sales and Lettings, from Studio Apartments to large Detached Houses throughout Oxfordshire.
