Anne Martin & her team have been restoring, french polishing & re-upholstering antique and modern furniture since 1985, originally in Stirling, then Kinbuck near Dunblane, before moving to the old Tower Hotel in Clackmannan near Alloa. Most clients are local to Clackmannanshire & Hillfoots, Stirling, Falkirk, West Fife, Perth & Kinross areas, and further afield.

From a family business immersed in upholstery and furniture manufacturing comes a fresh modern take on furniture creation. Our passion lies in taking upcycling to new levels.

At our Stirlingshire studio we offer a unique collection of stylish upcycled furniture and handcrafted items to suit both contemporary and traditional interior spaces. We source good quality vintage and antique items and use contemporary paint colours to produce stylish pieces with character and personality.

Coming from a family tradition of woodworking — my Grandfather and Great Grandfather were cabinet makers to trade, I have always had an interest in handmade furniture. After training in my early 20’s, I travelled extensively in Australia and New Zealand, before returning home 3 years later and set up Tailor Made Furniture; combining my passion for making beautiful furniture.
