Dance Design Theatre Arts provides the highest standard of training in ISTD and Russian Ballet, ISTD Modern and Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial and Musical Theatre. From absolute beginners, to those who strive for the highest quality of training available to persue a future within the performaning arts industry; at DDTA we offer a vast range of classes to fulfil the needs of Dancers aged 3 years to Adult.

Carter School of Dance holds all its classes and examinations in Hertford. In 2009 Caroline Crowley took over the ownership of the school and continues to manage it today. The school was founded by Jan Carter in 1980. In 2008 Mrs. Carter was awarded the M.B.E. for Services to Dance and to the community of Hertford, retiring from teaching in 2014. DancePro Academy offers term time classes in many genres for children and teens, including baby ballet for students as young as 2.5 years, exams in ISTD Modern Theatre, Ballet and Tap. Musical Theatre and Street dance classes. Students also have the opportunity to perform in a show at the Hertford Theatre every other year. We also have adult jazz classes which are becoming more and more popular.

The Stephanie Ledger School of Dancing was established in 1972 by Stephanie Ledger.Now known as BREWER DANCE ACADEMY, the school offers ballet classes and lyrical jazz dance for children aged 3 and upwards. The emphasis of the classes is on developing dance technique in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Now with over 500 students attending over 60 classes a week, we encourage a family atmosphere and I am proud to say that The Valle Academy is a fantastic place in which to work and learn.

Dancing is one of life's most enjoyable experiences, provides exercise and great personal satisfaction! Learn ‘1-2-1’ or ‘couple-1’ in Private Lessons, in Hitchin, Letchworth, and Stopsley Luton. We also offer Private lessons for small groups of up to 6 people on Sunday and Monday evenings in Hitchin.

The Shoshana Burns School of Dance strives to provide an excellent standard of performing arts training in a fun and friendly environment. ​ Classes are held for ages 2+ in classical ballet, modern, tap, singing, drama, musical theatre and many more.

St Albans School of Dance was founded in 2010 by Natalia Richardson. Natalia was born in the ex-USSR, studying Dance from the age of 7, first Ballet then Ballroom and Latin. She had training from some of Europe's leading teachers and in her early teens and won competitions throughout Eastern Europe.
