My wish is to help young people and adults gain insights into and explore ways to manage challenging emotions and behaviours, in turn, discovering their true selves and fulfilling their potential in life. I am a registered member of BACP and am bound by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and by their Professional Conduct Procedure. This means I ensure that I have regular supervision in place, keep my knowledge and skills up to date with Continuing Professional Development and have current Professional Indemnity Insurance. I am also recognised by BUPA and have a recent DBS check.
