I offer both short-term counselling, which can provide valuable support during times of crisis and upheaval, and long-term, depth psychotherapy, which can be a profound inner-journey over many months and sometimes years. Working with the dynamics of all kinds of relationships is something I feel impassioned about, as well as the wider implications of the relationship of humankind in the global systems of interconnectedness and interdependence. I work with a diverse range of clients and enjoy supporting individuals to discover their full potential and growth through self-understanding and acceptance. ​ Other work I have been involved with includes refugee humanitarian-aid, facilitating inner-work in organisations & groups and teaching mindfulness to adults & young people.
