My dedication to helping others began over 30 years ago when I opened my private practice in London. My early work with women who had experienced sexual abuse instilled a deep compassion for the complexities of human suffering. This led me to work with vulnerable women in prison, those facing homelessness, and survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Driven by a desire to expand my skills and make a greater impact, I pursued training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and life coaching. Recognising the profound influence of relationships on individual wellbeing, I further specialised in couples counselling and psychosexual therapy at the Tavistock Relationships, where I gained two Masters-level qualifications.
My commitment to ongoing learning is evident in my continued professional development, including certifications in Mentalization Based Therapy and Divorce and Separation Brief Therapy. I hold a PG Cert. in Autism and have specialist experience working with neurodivergent individuals and couples, including those affected by Autism and ADHD.
I also offer clinical supervision for therapists and counsellors, drawing on my extensive clinical experience to support practitioners working with complex relational and psychosexual issues.
