We are an independent and highly respected law firm based in Somerset and providing legal services throughout the South West and beyond. We were formed almost 20 years ago as a result of a merger between Bartlett and Co (established in Shepton Mallet in 1958), Austin and Bath (established in Glastonbury in the 19th century and owned at the time by Nick Gooding) and Robin Weelen and Co (established in Castle Cary in 1978). Nick Gooding retired in 2004 but Bill Bartlett and Robin Weelen are still partners in the firm.

A lot of solicitors will say they offer a hands-on service, but not all deliver it. We are proud of the relationships we have with our clients. Our clients know that when you need us, our whole team is here to help you.

We are a local firm owned and managed by people at the very centre of our community. Key Property Lawyers was born on 1 October 2008. The two directors heading the firm are Janette Brown and Tobias Richmond. We are a local firm catering to the needs of specifically Keynsham, Bristol and Bath. We have various clients' throughout the South West, Wales and London.
