We offer a family orientated environment where you and your children can learn in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We have over 17 years experience instructing martial arts teaching core values that will help you and your children in all aspects of life; instilling confidence in all our students from the age of 2 to adults. Whether it's self defence, fitness, mental focus or confidence we aim to help everyone, families or individuals, that wishes to learn.

Members new to martial arts are welcomed into the beginner classes, where they will receive support every step of the way whilst building their skills. They will then join the general kickboxing classes to further develop their abilities. With a professional time-served instructor on hand to work closely with you, you can achieve your goals whatever they may be.

The Lab was created with the aim to help people become better versions of themselves. The name was chosen because we are always testing what we teach. Wether its BJJ, MMA or Strength & Conditioning, we pride ourselves on providing tangible results.

The Academy is run by full-time professional Instructor Master Charlie Featherstone (5th Dan) and his team of fully qualified assistant Instructors specialising in teaching families and beginners of all ages.
