The club adopts a high standard of Karate putting the fundamentals of Karate first. We are a family friendly Durham County based Shotokan Karate club (martial arts) with its Honbu (Main) Dojo in Belmont. We also have clubs in Esh Winning, West Rainton and Willington.
The Academy is run by full-time professional Instructor Master Charlie Featherstone (5th Dan) and his team of fully qualified assistant Instructors specialising in teaching families and beginners of all ages.
Members new to martial arts are welcomed into the beginner classes, where they will receive support every step of the way whilst building their skills.
