Blistering Barbecue Events have been providing high quality event catering since 1999. We are equally comfortable supplying major events for corporate clients such as Google, Sky and Red Bull, to more intimate occasions such as business gatherings and private parties. We have also catered for over 100 weddings including some of the world's best known celebrities.

Founded in 2001, by Monhamed El Banna and Mohamed Osman, Fait Maison is a business that has been built around a passion for delicious food, fabulous flavour and the finest ingredients. Passionate foodie and produce specialist, Mohamed Osman, was instrumental in originally setting up Fait Maison.

We are proud to be among London’s leading catering companies, renowned for our innovative events with creative and delicious food. We go to great lengths to make anything possible, no matter what the request, and are primed with the precision required to execute a flawless event.

The business has grown from the days of Tante Marie trained Jackie cooking alone in her South West London kitchen, to a small, hardworking team in professional kitchens in the heart of Battersea. However, the ethos of cooking delicious, modern food from scratch firmly remains. As we have remained a small business you can always guarantee that you will have one point of contact and the surety that the entire team knows about each event.

W8 food is prepared and freshly cooked every day on the premises. We use free range chicken and eggs, the lamb is from Elwyn Valley Farm and the beef and pork from 'select' butchers. The fruit and vegetables are sourced directly every day from Covent Garden. We use British produce when possible, mostly seasonal, and fairtrade tea & coffee.

We are an experienced company, and specialise in providing Halal (HMC certified) food for all events, including weddings, conferences, AGMs, Eid parties and special occasions. All of our food is cooked using only the freshest and finest ingredients, and utilising traditional Indian cooking methods, providing an excellent eating experience. We present our foods with taste and elegance, contributing to making your event a success. We have an extensive menu, and a range of set menus from which a selection can be made.

Meejana opened its doors in April 2007 in Weybridge, Surrey. It is owned and operated by Rita Cherfan and Edward Terry who have a varied and extensive experience behind them. Meejana blends traditional elements using the best quality ingredients to make its mezze (small dishes) as well as modern elements and ‘secret’ family recipes from the heartlands of Lebanon to delight and also develop the perception of Lebanese cuisine beyond its traditional ethnic stereotype.
