In fact, food (or more specifically: working in the food business) is what brought us together in the first place. For us, food is one of THE pleasures of life. We think eating should be a convivial, pleasurable, sensory experience, and we like nothing more than seeing people sitting around a table talking, sharing food, tasting & enjoying different dishes.

We provide quality foods with a reliable service at affordable prices throughout the Thame, Oxford, Aylesbury and the surrounding towns and villages. Our services cover hot and cold buffets for weddings and events, formal dinner parties to informal barbeques and hog roasts, sandwiches and finger buffets for conference and office catering.

The Piggy Squire is an independent family run caterer. We provide the very best in locally sourced pig & hog roasts, spit-roast lamb and barbecues. Our menus offer traditional, innovative and mouth-watering options, tailored to meet the needs of each individual event.

We specialise in pig roasts for all events from small scale roasts for 25 persons through to pig roasts catering for upto 150 persons. We provide Hog Roasts, Lamb Roasts and Suckling Pig Roasts all at very competitive prices. We will ensure a personal service is provided at every event and will provide succulent and tasty pork, with crackling to die for, complemented by a range of side dishes if required.

The Food Workshops bake delicious cakes and create magnificent party food, using the finest local ingredients. Our kitchen designs mouthwatering cakes and full menus individually created for celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and Easter.

We are proud of the food across our sites — all crafted on site by skilled chefs. Whether served within the staff catering facility, a cafe or as hospitality the same level of care and dedication is applied by our chefs and supporting front of house service teams. We use the finest, seasonal ingredients. Our preference is for purchasing locally, supporting local farmers and small businesses.

We are delighted to announce we are now offering an exciting new portfolio of food-related services. In addition to teaching cookery and supplying our valued private clients delicious menus for their events, we also offer tuition and assistance with recipe, menu & product development and food styling.
