The Gourmet Patisserie specialise in making luxury desserts for the Hotel, Restaurant, Airline, Conference, Wholesale and Retail trades. Our business is based on maintaining high standards, recognising new trends in the market and applying them to our extensive range of products.

I am now celebrating over 30 years as a caterer, this has been a very rewarding period of my life, giving me great satisfaction knowing every event is special. I generally bespoke every menu, often producing recipes personally for my clients. I am the main influence of all my catering events and will be seen back of house in my apron! I am supported by my husband Jon and daughters, who all have their own roles within the business. My daughters work closely with me and have become a very important part of the business taking the next generation to a different level.

We’re based in Surrey and we specialise exclusively in providing high quality food for children’s day nurseries. We think children deserve great-tasting, nutritionally balanced food from the day they start at nursery to the day they leave. We work hard to ensure that children enjoy a bright, happy future, both in terms of their enjoyment of nutritious food and our own impact on the environment.

We are an independent catering company based in Surrey who specialise in catering for the education sector. First established in 1995, we took over the business in 2015 and have been expanding ever since. We have hot and cold snack vans out on the road 5 days a week, delivering freshly made food to work sites and events in and around Surrey. We offer a drop and collect buffet service for any venue or celebration and we have street food trailers available for short term or long-term pitches throughout the year, catering at events for as few as 100 guests, to events with thousands!
