Located in leafy West London in a little nook called Brook Green we are a privately owned vintage tea room and are happily celebrating 11 Glorious years! Come and visit us we are open daily, we have the best and most beautiful cake counter in West London in an elegant 1920's setting.

As it grew in success and flourished, we eventually expanded into nearby Shoreditch in 1996, with Lennie’s Snack Bar, a lovely independent eatery with bistro style food during the day and amazing Malaysian and Thai food in the evening; today, it is available for hire to pop-up ideas — see Our Spaces. In that time, we also opened a salad bar — Lennie’s Larder — and went on to expand into Camden Lock with a delightful restaurant, which has served diverse fusion food to local companies such as MTV, Channel 4 and Jim Henson’s Productions (the Muppets).

Before opening our business, back in 2009, we felt that Iraqi food was underrepresented in London. Yes, there was the odd restaurant and the odd place where you could buy kibbeh, but not a complete food business. We started Al Enam — as a family of 4 — with the promise to make good food, never compromise on quality and to promote Iraqi and Middle Eastern food.

We have two Italian restaurants in Fulham and one take away & Delivery branch in Putney. Our restaurants have built up a solid local following, thanks to our great Italian food and friendly informal atmosphere. Our BYOB is all very popular. Since our first Fulham restaurant opened, our pizza has become famous for its incredible authentic Italian taste. Why not come in and try a Pappa Ciccia Special Pizza, or our mouth watering Penne Arrabbiata and perhaps a delicious Pappa Ciccia Homemade Ice Cream.

We have developed some unique and interesting combinations to ensure that we provide clients with food that dazzles the eyes and the tastebuds. Our menus consist of old time favourites such as our infamous mini yorkshires with rare roast beef and horseradish to the more unusual Escovitch red snapper and pickled vegetables.

Our service is supported by unrivalled experience at all levels, many of our staff having trained at high profile establishments including Conran restaurants and John Torode’s Smiths of Smithfield. In 2002 Green Fig's founder Annabel Lawrence achieved the accolade of Young Restaurant Manager of the Year.
