Ben Cohen Osteopathy is an Osteopathic clinic based in Alderton Hill, Loughton. It is located a short walking distance from Loughton Station and has a bus stop next to and opposite the clinic. See our 'How to Find us' section for more information. Free off-street parking is available for your use, please use the 2nd gate if you're coming from the bottom of the hill. The clinic entrance will be sign-posted on the left hand side of the main building. We please ask that you park considerately in order that other patients can leave the driveway.

Initial consultation is an hour and half, which will allow sufficient time for investigation, an accurate diagnosis and immediate treatment. No pressure will be applied to persuade any patient to undertake follow-up consultations although a course of six treatments or more is quite commonly required.

For a number of lifestyle and environmental reasons, qi can become disturbed, depleted or blocked, which can result in some symptoms of some pain and illness or dis-ease. In certain instances, traditional acupuncture can be an effective therapy to help restore balance and promote physical and emotional harmony.

I have clinics in Broxbourne and Hertford and see people with a diverse range of conditions such as arthritis, digestive problems and anxiety. A large part of my practice is supporting people with enhancing fertility and I have considerable experience in using acupuncture alongside IVF and in pregnancy.

Nicola Court BSc(Hons) Lic Ac. MBAcC (Member of the British Acupuncture Council) works from a base in Harlow, Essex. She has undergone extensive training in acupuncture and massage which, when used in combination, can help patients recover from illness or simply maintain their health and well being.

The Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine Clinic was established in 1998. We have a wealth of experience and expertise gained through successfully treating our patients and we specialise particularly in alleviating pain, treating infertility, offering ivf support and treating skin conditions.

Deborah has been practising as an acupuncturist since 2006. She studied acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and also in China, practising TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) style acupuncture. Post graduation Deborah has continued to keep knowledge and practice up to date, recently completing a course in acupuncture for infertility. She offers facial revitalisation, and other additional techniques such as ear acupuncture. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), the governing body for acupuncture practice in the UK.
