Welcome to Chinn Herbs and Acupuncture. We have been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Bradford since 2008. TCM is an ancient holistic healing system that has been developed over thousands of years. The most commonly used TCM treatment methods involve Acupuncture or Chinese Herbal Medicine. We practice both of them.

Liz delivers a personal and confidential range of services and empower visitors to take control of their lives by supporting them to try techniques and natural methodologies in the privacy of their own home.

I studied Complementary Therapies at White Rose College, Huddersfield for three years and Poppy Therapies was born in 2005. Since then I have practiced from home in a private treatment room which is separate from the house. I genuinely love what I do and my aim is to provide the best possible treatment for you as an individual, in a calm and relaxing space.

I have studied disciplines in the UK, China and Thailand and have worked professionally within integrated health care and Specialist Palliative Care for over 12 years. Providing therapies alongside Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and other Health Care Professionals, supporting patients and their families. I have also tutored for various colleges and institutions including the NHS.

So many things impact on us as we go through our daily lives — the stresses & strains of everyday living often leaves us feeling worn down & tired out & if we do not take care of ourselves, can result in dis-ease: so when looking at how best I can help Clients who come to me I look to treat the whole person, that is to help the mind, body & spirit of the person. My sole aim is to relieve those stresses & suffering & help that person restore themselves to better health & feeling good.
