After qualifying as a Hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 1993, I worked for a number of years within stress management and behaviour modification. Later during my role as Senior Instructor for the Kent Autistic Trust, I qualified as a Reflexologist with the International Federation of Reflexologists in 1997.

My focus is on outcome based treatments such as increasing range of motion, reduction of pain etc My approach takes into account lifestyle and the emotional well-being of clients which may be factors affecting physical well-being. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of conditions and problems.
