At Liz Seal Holistic Massage my aim is to maintain good health and prevent illness, by supporting the immune system and stimulating the lymphatic system through the use of aromatherapy and other massage techniques. My love of holistic therapies began in 2005 when I received an amazing Hydrotherm massage and Reiki treatment, which ultimately changed the course of my life. This was the first time I had experienced Reiki. For me it was a profound experience and I instantly knew I had to learn Reiki.
