Welcome to the home for Sports and Remedial Massage in North Bristol. My mission is to help you keep doing the things you want to do by using soft tissue techniques to relieve pain, promote relaxation and restore movement.

I became interested in homeopathy 20 years ago whilst suffering from glandular fever for which there was no conventional treatment available. I was so amazed at its effect that I began studying in 2002. I have been a fully qualified homeopath since 2006 and work in Clevedon just outside Bristol.

I first became interested in hypnotherapy through personal experience of stress and anxiety. I was so amazed at the difference in myself as a result of having Solution Focused Hypnotherapy that I chose to change career.
