Having practiced Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in Bristol and Wells over the last 26 years I have been lucky enough to see my profession grow from something which people viewed with a degree of scepticism and mistrust to a scientifically validated and universally accepted system of medicine and healthcare.

We have chosen to become specialists in Reflexology, Reiki, EFT Tapping and Indian Head Massage, as these holistic complementary therapies are natural, gentle and non-invasive, as well as soothing, calming and balancing. By working on all levels, physical, mental and emotional, these therapies are renowned worldwide for alleviating the effects of stress, inducing deep relaxation and boosting the immune system, along with rebalancing the body’s energy flow and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

I take pride in providing a welcoming, friendly, pleasant and confidential environment to provide a professional and caring service to ensure that the best and most appropriate treatment is given to each individual.

It is of continual surprise to me that so many people still feel they have to "live with" pain, discomfort or distress without experiencing the healing ability of their own body & mind and of those tools naturally available to us, I hope that this will continue to change across the world with the continued acceptance of natural medicine by the Scientific Community, after all these conditions are our body's signals to us to make change and that re-balance is needed, ignoring them only increases the 'dis-ease'. I believe that anyone should be able to receive these therapies and strive to provide affordable and accessable treatments.

I am the Founder and Director of the Diversity Trust - we are a Community Interest Company (CIC) influencing social change to achieve a fairer and safer society. I have been working as an equality, diversity and inclusion consultant, researcher and trainer for two decades.

We have classes taught by the area’s leading practitioners for all levels. The teachers are highly qualified and the rooms are comfortable and warm. We have a wide range of therapies practiced by caring and expert professionals. As well as our regular classes there are specialist weekend workshops throughout the year.
