I have always been interested in the art of baby massage and all my children have benefited from this therapeutic method of touch as babies. My middle child suffered terribly from constipation as a baby and also had bad nasal congestion, eventually having to have his adenoids out at the age of three. We believe that my little girl suffered from teething pains from a very early age. They all experienced different forms of touch and massage to help reduce their discomfort whilst easing the stress and tension related to their suffering.

Sports massage is useful for anyone leading an active life, not just the athlete. It relaxes muscles to prevent injuries and muscular tension. The effects of massage increase blood circulation and lymph flow, helping drain the stress and fatigue out of the muscles. Relaxed muscles are more flexible and less prone to injury and pain.

I have lived in Sussex for most of my life and I have been involved with sport since the age of 3. I chose to pursue a career in this field and graduated with a BSc. Honours degree in Sports Studies and Psychology in 2001. I continued gaining valuable experience and further qualifications within the health and fitness industry thereafter.
