I first became interested in alternative therapies having researched the benefits for balancing the body and soul. Massage helps you to unwind by releasing tension and alleviating stress. It also treats taut muscles whereby reducing pain. These are complementary therapies that are used to promote a sense of wellbeing.

I offer an integration of deep tissue massage, clinical aromatherapy and energy work, in combination with a range of other therapeutic techniques to support your health, vitality and well-being on all levels. Established in Totnes since 2006, my busy practice is located at The Rose Room, The Ola Centre, 5a Fore Street, Totnes, TQ9 5DA. Open Tuesday to Friday each week.
