Massage Therapists in
Stocksbridge

I am Jacqueline Davies MIPTI and I am a Barnsley based sports massage therapist with more than 15 year's experience. I am passionate about what I do and believe that sports massage can not only enhance the sporting careers of athletes, but is also of benefit to anybody who works in an environment that causes pain or injury. Whether the job is physical, sedentary, or involves carrying out repetitive tasks, massage can help.

I use deep tissue massage to reduce muscular tension and promote healthy circulation and Acupuncture to reduce pain. Pain in this context can mean almost any discomfort that you experience, physical or emotional. Treatments can involve one or both therapies, depending on what is most effective and on your preference.

We offer a very relaxed, friendly and caring atmosphere in quaint surroundings, right in the centre of Holmfirth with easy parking and a good range of shops. There are a wide variety of options available, ranging from the simple, more conventional but popular beauty treatments, to the deeply restorative, holistic therapies.

In recent years there has been an explosion of consumer interest towards health, fitness and wellbeing. With such a growing demand skilful sports therapy practitioners are needed to help people achieve their goal whether it be improving their sporting ability or simply getting that painful stiff shoulder working again.
