So many people struggle to control their weight- our environment constantly bombards us with delicious food, and without the skills, awareness and knowledge to deal with these temptations it can be a constant battle. As well as all the food temptations, so many of us have sedentary- and stressful- lifestyles. Stress can increase appetite, adding to the problem.
