I have a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine and am a registered member of BANT and the CNHC. I have been certified by the NTC, having trained to the level of the National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy.

24 years ago, when my son was a tiny baby, he developed severe eczema & allergies. A year later my dad dropped dead of a heart attack at the age of 57, I was then made redundant from a part time job at Granada TV and my marriage was breaking down.

I provide a home training service to a number of clients; I also enjoy working at Cottons Leisure Club in Knutsford providing Personal Training to Members. I am involved in advising and developing a health and weight loss project connected with Spires Hospital Manchester.
