R. A. Glass Optometrists and Associates is a group of six practices situated in and around Belfast. Ronnie Glass returned to Northern Ireland in 1971 after graduating from The City University, London.

Discreet Hearing Associates was formed in 1999 to provide a truly high quality local, independent and affordable alternative to higher priced national organisations. This formula was an instant success as we have grown to 20 test centres across Northern Ireland.

J L McAteer’s is an independent optician’s practice situated close to the de Courcy Centre, in the centre of Carrickfergus. In April 2018, we celebrated 35 years in business. Lynne McAteer, who qualified as an ophthalmic optician from Manchester University, started trading in Carrickfergus on 6th April 1983. She has over 40 years experience working as an optometrist.

Julie A Robinson Optometrists is an independent opticians established in 1985 by Julie A Robinson Bsc Hons MCOptom. Prof Cert Glauc. Our first practice opened in Crumlin in 1985 with a second practice opening in Moira in 1992. Both are very well respected practices and have grown over the years , offering a full range of high quality ophthalmic services to the local community and beyond.

Gillian Gervais set up her optician practice in Carryduff, near Belfast, more than 20 years ago. After graduating from Cardiff University, Gillian worked for several opticians before setting up on her own.

We are an independant family eyecare practice, based in Lisburn and Banbridge. We aim to provide a friendly, efficient service to our patients, using the latest technology in the consulting room, and offering a great range of fashion frames, spectacle lenses and contact lenses.
