The Optometry practice in Queen Street has been owned by Derek Dunstone since 1991 after taking over the longstanding 'Rawlings' practice. We are delighted that Andrew Dunstone became a Partner in December 2018. We are open each weekday, continue to grow and welcome many existing and new patients. The Practice has three consultation rooms, a supplementary tests room and two dispensing areas.

Complete contact lens service — We provide contact lens fitting and aftercare of all soft, silicone hydrogel and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses and can source products from all leading companies including ACUVUE, BAUSCH & LOMB, Alcon and CooperVision.

You will receive a warm and friendly welcome in our practice. We have a reputation for great customer service built up over more than 30 years. Our eye examinations are thorough and unhurried, using state-of-the-art equipment. You will benefit from professional and straightforward advice about your eye care.
