3 generations of optical care began in Scotland with Albert James and Mary Billson, both qualified Optometrists, and their sons Stewart and Cyril. After qualifying himself, Cyril moved to England, opening his first practices in Harlow and Halstead.

We have been providing eyecare in the Village Square (Chelmer Village), Chelmsford, Essex for over 25 years. As an independent Opticians and contact lens fitting practice, we know that choosing an Optician can be a difficult choice. We are passionate about both our profession and great customer service.
