Hello, I'm Hazel Williams and I'm a Registered Osteopath in Stansted, near Bishops Stortford. I've been in practice for over 15 years using the respected techniques of structural osteopathy and cranial osteopathy, treating a wide range of patients from babies to the elderly, from the immobile to athletes.

Osteopaths aim to diagnose the areas of the body that are not functioning correctly and therefore causing pain. Osteopathic Treatment is a 90% hands-on manual therapy that aims to restore the bodies balance and function, which with the aid of the bodies own 'self healing system' resolves the dysfunction and therefore the pain or symptoms.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy and helps to improve the function of muscles and joints by using techniques such as massage, articulation and manipulation. Once good movement returns a comfortable life follows.
