Lymington Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is run by local couple Helen and Matthew Ruane, from a purpose built premises at their home in Pennington, Lymington. We are Chartered Physiotherapists with a combined 17 years experience both in private practice and the NHS, and offer expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of muscular and joint problems including sports injuries, neck, back and joint pain.

Established in 2000, Christchurch Physiotherapy Practice offers a range of physiotherapy and complementary services at our clinics based in Christchurch and the New Forest. We provide physiotherapy services covering specialist treatment for sports injuries, back and neck pain, work related problems and muscular rehabilitation.

Since 1997 we have been working to reduce and eliminate pain, increase strength and mobility, and enable our patients to return to work, sport and daily living as quickly as possible.

Pro Active Physiotherapy is a private clinic providing specialist treatment for the relief of pain and mobility problems. Young and old,the superfit and the not so fit are all assessed and treated with the same professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Our team of friendly Chartered Physiotherapists are dedicated to providing hands-on” individual private patient care. The physiotherapy clinic was established in 1990 and operates from premises in Ferndown, with on-site parking, access for wheelchairs and in close proximity to the Orchid House and Pennys Hill GP practices.
