You may be struggling to cope with certain aspects of your life, or certain emotions. What’s more, you may be finding it difficult to admit that you need support working through them.

I provide a discreet and confidential service and hold sessions in my therapy room in a quiet residential area near Abington Park, ten minutes drive from Northampton town centre. There is ample free parking on the road outside.

I help couples who are either in crisis or wish to enhance their intimate relationship. So whether you or your partner have had an affair, struggling with communicating your needs, find life difficult following a personal loss, feel anxious or depressed, have a dwindling sex life, or realise you might have a sexual dysfunction, I can help.

The Psychology Service specialises in psychological trauma, offering both expert psychological reports for the court and psychological therapy.
